Inspection Intervals

Recommended inspection frequencies are calculated using safety, flow parameters, hazard and environmental factors, pressures, etc..

Piping Schedules

Piping class corrosion allowances and ANSI schedules are used to automate the process of calculating failure limits. Manual values can always over-ride calculated values, if required.

Corrosion Rate Modelling

Coabis comes with integral corrosion rate modelling, using published 'De Waard and Milliams' and Norsok M-506 industry-standards.

CO2 and H2S models calculate theoretical corrosion rates for a number of scenarios such as pH, shear stress, flow regime and presence of Glycol and corrosion inhibitor.

Graphical Trending

Coabis comes with comprehensive trending capabilities. Alarm levels can be used to provide advance notice of potential failures and expected retiral dates.

Data-Gathering

To accelerate data-gathering of results, Coabis interfaces with a range of flaw detectors and UT gauges.
