Talisman Energy UK choose Coabis for corrosion management

Following an extensive evaluation of software products, Talisman Energy UK have opted to implement Coabis for the inspection and corrosion management of piping and vessels on their North Sea assets.

Talisman Energy UK have been using Coabis to manage their structural inspection and integrity for several years. This latest decision to extend the use of Coabis into corrosion management will give a Talisman Energy UK a single-source for all inspection and integrity information.

Talisman's existing corrosion management data will be converted from Oceaneering's ACET application into Coabis during the course of 2008, in a combined effort by Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner Limited, Talisman Energy UK and CAN Group.
