Coabis.web is an online accompaniment to Coabis. It is a fully web-based, interactive system that can run on a company intranet or extranet. It enables engineers and other interested parties to easily access and report on inspection information held in Coabis.

Coabis.web is implemented and configured to your exact requirements. Data from other applications can be integrated into Coabis.web – for example, display maintenance system work orders alongside Coabis anomaly reports.

Benefits

Simple and intuitive interface – as easy as web-browsing
Specialist training is not required
It's live! Pages and content are dynamically created in real-time
Simple to deploy
No additional software is required
Client-specific development – get the reports and functions that you need

Easy to Use

Accessing Coabis data through a web browser is as simple as browsing the internet or a company intranet. No special training is needed.

Secure

There is no possibility of data being modified when accessed via Coabis.web, unless security is granted by means of a username and password.

Live System

Coabis.web accesses live data contained in the Coabis database. It enables immediate browser access for other company personnel to review inspection and integrity data as it is entered into Coabis.

Simple Navigation

Navigation around Coabis.web is simple. Users can jump to and from pages, retrace paths, bookmark key pages for quick access later, and so on. For example, from an anomaly list, users can click component IDs to review generic or specific details, review associated drawings and inspection history, etc.

Document Retrieval

Documents stored within Coabis or even on dedicated document management systems can easily be accessed, viewed and printed through Coabis.web. Users can quickly view drawings, reports, photographs, video clips, etc. directly from their desktop, without having to interrogate complex applications.

3D Models

3D models of company installations, either integral within Coabis.web or stand-alone, provide a new level of reporting. Using ISO-standard Virtual Reality Mark-up Language (VRML), individual anomalies, whole substructures and other criteria can be highlighted on 3D representations of assets. Users can zoom, walk-through, view from multiple angles and spin models. Additionally, component details and inspection data can be accessed simply by clicking on an area of the model.

Reports

Generic and customised reports can be made available through Coabis.web, including:

Anomaly listings and details
Anomaly status – 'traffic' light reports for high/medium/low criticalities
Wall thickness results and corrosion trending
Work progress reports
Videos and photographs
Operational times and resource allocations, etc.
GIS/mapping reports (coming soon)
