Tasks are the work procedures to be performed
on components. The flexibility of Coabis enables our clients to
transfer written inspection procedures into a form which allows
them to easily prepare workpacks. There is no limit to the number
of tasks that can be defined in Coabis, nor to their configuration.
Tasks range from simple visual inspection tasks,
through to more complex weld inspection tasks, as shown below. Once
defined in the Baseline, tasks are presented in the offshore environment
in a format designed to accelerate data-gathering, whilst ensuring
that the information entered is exactly what the onshore user has
asked for – this ensures consistency of reporting.
