Some Clients have a requirement to report on
operations as the work progresses, often every 24 hours. Coabis
enables this using the Client module.
From the Client module, spread and vessel operational
times are logged, and a diary of workpack events recorded. The workpack
diaries (screenshot below) provide a detailed history of almost
every job performed over the years, and have become a valuable function
to the various engineers and sponsors as they assess anomalies and
plan future works. To the offshore users, access to these diaries
has also proven beneficial – for the last few years, all offshore
works now have access to an archive Coabis dataset, containing all
underwater work data, going back to the 1970s for some assets.

The Client module also enables offshore QA/QC
personnel to compile the Daily Progress Report (DPR). The DPR contents
are client-defined, but typically consist of Anomalies Found in
Last 24 Hours; Workpack Progress; Dive Summaries, etc. Coabis automatically
compiles the DPR, and saves it in a format suitable for e-mailing
onshore.
